Shirred T-Shirt Makeover

Here is a great idea to jazz up a plain t-shirt, or perhaps one that you've ripped, or has a bad stain. The tutorial, from Made by Lex, shows you how to cut out your original t-shirt and insert this shirred section. You can insert it at the front or the back and it's size and shape is totally up to you. The inserted panel is from a separate piece of material or old shirt, so you can use a contrasting color, or the same one as in the photo below I think it's a great look and a good way to reinvent an old shirt that you perhaps no longer wear or just want to makeover.
