Ok, this tutorial is an oldie, but a goodie!! I've never seen clothing tags put to such a cool use! You can find the free tutorial at So You Think You're Crafty. You could put the idea of using old tags to a lot more uses, apart from making a wallet, so see what other ideas you can come up with!
