SEWING.COM LLC TERMS OF USE / PRIVACY POLICY

Sewing.com LLC is accessible to anyone anywhere with Internet access. Access is subject to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By utilizing the Sewing.com LLC site and the discussion forum associated with Sewing.com LLC, you hereby accept and agree without limitation to adhere to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy:

GENERAL

These following terms and privacy policy govern your use of the Sewing.com LLC site and all tools, boards, newsletters, and other interactive applications associated with the site. Additional terms and conditions of use applicable to specific areas of the site may also be posted in such areas and, together with these terms, will govern your use of those areas. These terms in conjunction with any additional terms found on the Sewing.com LLC site shall be known collectively as "terms".

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy document is subject to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the user to stay current and abide by it. Sewing.com LLC will make changes at their discretion and is not responsible for notifying member of updates. REGISTRATION

Registration is required for use of the online community tools on Sewing.com LLC, specifically including, though not inclusive of, message boards and newsletters. You agree to provide true and accurate data about yourself during the registration process. If you provide untrue, inaccurate data, Sewing.com LLC reserves the right to suspend your account without question.

Children under 13 years of age cannot register for any portion of the Sewing.com LLC site.

PRIVACY POLICY

Registration data and other information about you and your usage of Sewing.com LLC is subject to our privacy policy. Email addresses provided by you may be used by us to send you information on an intermittent basis. You may opt out of any further email by simply replying and requesting to be removed from our mailing list. Our mailing list will not be shared with any party outside the Sewing.com LLC organization for any reason. Our regular newsletter is an opt-in feature, so you will not receive it unless you specifically request it. SEWING.COM LLC MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will choose a password upon registration for the online community services and newsletter at Sewing.com LLC.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. You agree to immediately notify Sewing.com LLC of any unauthorized use of your password or user name, or any other breach of security. Sewing.com LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these guidelines.

USE OF CONTENT

You acknowledge that Sewing.com LLC may contain content or editorial information, software, photographs, audio and video clips, graphics, links and other material (collectively, the "Content") that are the property of Sewing.com LLC or third parties who have authorized the appearance of their content on this site. All Content, including the Sewing.com LLC dictionary is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws. All rights in Content are reserved. You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content available on or accessed through the site. Sewing.com LLC does not and cannot review all Content posted by users on the site and is not responsible for Content. Sewing.com LLC reserves the right to delete, move, or edit any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed unacceptable by Sewing.com LLC.

RULES OF CONDUCT FOR POSTING CONTENT

You shall not post content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, hateful, racially or culturally degrading, or threatening; that contains viruses or other contaminating and/or destructive features; that violates the rights of others, civil and otherwise; that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or violates any right of privacy or publicity, including intellectual property rights; or that otherwise violates any applicable law. You may not post any links to external Internet sites that are obscene or pornographic. You shall not use the site for commercial purposes, to distribute any advertising or solicitation of funds or goods and services, or to solicit users to join competitive online services.

Phone numbers and personal addresses should not be posted on the site at any time and will be removed without question. If personal information is to be shared, it should be done privately through email. Note - If you voluntarily disclose personal information on the site at any time under any circumstances, you need to be aware that the information provided can and may be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited materials from those other parties.

Businesses that wish to sponsor or advertise will be given the opportunity to provide their contact information in their content. Links off the site may or may not be live and Sewing.com LLC will not be responsible for the reliability of a site linked. If there is a problem with a site to which Sewing.com LLC is linked, the best course of action is to contact the appropriate person associated with that site.

ENDORSEMENT

Sewing.com LLC does not readily endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content posted on the site. Content on the site does not necessarily represent the views of Sewing.com LLC nor should it be construed as the expressed view of Sewing.com LLC.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or by way of Sewing.com LLC, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. Sewing.com LLC shall not be held responsible in any manner for transactions between members of the site and advertisers.
